To kick us off to a wonderful 2024 is our beloved Dr Jan McArthur, who took over from Prof. Paul Ashwin as the Head of the Educational Research department at Lancaster University. Jan’s research spans across different areas in HE, including social justice and recently she is particularly known for discourses in and around authentic assessment.
