<p>This short resources is intended to applicants to prepare a claim for Senior Fellowship of the HEA by ensuring that the evidence is presented through a D3 lens. </p> <p><br></p> <p>It contains useful verbs to help applicants to be specific about their individual contribution to the work presented, an approach to drafting case studies that is based on the 5 elements of a story and some examples of how work might be presented through a D2 or D3 lens.
