How using the introduction of Teach, Learn, Share events using the Teachmeet or Guerrilla CPD style format has developed a colleagial culture during and in response to times of crisis.

These crises have included times of significant structual change as well as Covid-19. The presentation and conference paper describes what we did, why we took the approach and the factors that have made this a success (including top tips at the end).
