Join us as we explore the impact of care-based coaching at NCG. How research into our students experiences reset and reframed the purpose and practices of the academic support service. Understanding how exploring vulnerability, psychological safety and shared experiences has resulted in an outstanding student experience evidenced by external and internal satisfaction metrics. This session will explore our journey from a transactional support team to a research led, values based instrument of change.
