The Synthesised Model of Reflection (SMoR) is a new model for assessing reflective writing. It also guides reflective practice by offering a systematic method for proactively identifying relevant experiences which support overall development.
The SMoR also enables a learner to reflect upon multiple experiences and combine these to understand how these contribute to the learner's development.
