The Synthesised Model of Reflection (SMoR) provides a learner with a structured process to engage with reflective practice systematically. This presentation discusses how the Employability Redefined Taxonomy (Cole and Eades 2020) can be used as a frame to guide learners on what to focus upon in their reflections. There is also guidance on where experiences can be gained, making the most of lifewide, as well as lifelong learning.
