In this presentation at the Tate Liverpool on 18th October 2019, Senior Lecturers Michelle Man and James Hewison discuss the documenting of their practice research on the 'Imaginarium' (2015) project and how that in turn has supported their creative processes and continued to inform their on-going research. Referencing the affective experience of their week-long artistic residency in Crookhey Hall, Carrington’s influential early-childhood home in Lancashire, UK this presentation formed part of Leonora Carrington's Labyrinth of Film orgainsed and curated by Professor Roger Shannon.
