This conference presentation details an experiential learning initiative called #NBSBright which is embedded within the final year undergraduate curriculum at Nottingham Business School. The initiative involves students working together in  groups of 4-5 to provide consultancy-style advise to help real businesses solve real business challenges. The end output is a live presentation to the client organisation which is assessed and constitutes part of the grade for a core final year module, Developing Professional Impact. The presentation outlines the aims of #NBSBright, its benefits and challenges and provides tips to peers who may be interested in developing a similar initiative in other subject disciplines.
