Clinical utility and acceptability of a whole-hospital, pro-active electronic paediatric early warning system (the DETECT study): a prospective e-survey of children, parents and health professionals

<p>Part of work package 6 for the NIHR-funded Dynamic Electronic Tracking and Escalation to reduce Critical Care Transfers (DETECT) study; the research question underpinning this sub-study was: 'How do parents and health professionals view and engage with the DETECT e-PEWS (Paediatric Early Warning Score)?</p> <p><br></p> <p>E-survey of parents (n=137) and health professionals (n=151) with experience of DETECT e-PEWS.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Core findings from both groups are reported.</p> <p> </p>
