Brokerage and mentorship: supporting the development of early career lecturers

This presentation, given at the HUBS Spring meeting in 2018, explores the importance of mentoring for early career academics. In the presentation I look at some of the challenges faced by early career academics, especially those transitioning to a teaching and scholarship career path.
