Academic Practice Gap: HEI-Enterprise partnerships

More than ever, employers are seeking for workplace-ready graduates. In response to this and to bridge the academic - practice gap, Higher Education Institutions are seeking to strengthen links with enterprises and create partnerships to deliver degrees that incorporate enterprise input such as placements, field trips, expert guest speakers and apprenticeships.

We are seeking contributions that address how to enhance teaching through HEI-Enterprise partnerships leading to increased student experience and higher quality degrees.

Work contributed may include but is not limited to:

· Case studies - Best practice examples

· Methods on how to establish a successful HEI-enterprise teaching partnership

· How to impact of enterprise input on student academic performance and acquired skills
