This poster, linked to my 6th March 2025 article in the Nursing Times, Nursing Associates: A Vital but Undervalued Workforce, highlights the critical yet often undervalued role of Nursing Associates in healthcare.

"Seizing the Future" echoes Dead Poets Society, advocating transformative education, critical thinking, creativity, and digital literacy for nursing associates.
