Psychological Safety Poster

<p dir="ltr">CAN PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY BE APPLIED TO THE CLASSROOM AND FOSTER LEARNING ENGAGEMENT WITH STUDENT NURSING ASSOCIATES AND HAVE BENEFITS OVER A MODULE? CAN IT INCREASE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM A WIDER RANGE OF STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM? DO THEY CONTRIBUTE MORE REGULARLY?</p><p dir="ltr">This is a research poster proposing to study a group of Student Nursing Associates to see if their learning engagement is better, more students contribute and psychological safety as a method of pedagogy is used more frequently; creating a learning environment where students are able to take interpersonal risks and be candid about their thoughts and feelings in the classroom.</p>
