CAN PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY BE APPLIED TO THE CLASSROOM AND FOSTER LEARNING ENGAGEMENT WITH STUDENT NURSING ASSOCIATES AND HAVE BENEFITS OVER A MODULE? CAN IT INCREASE CONTRIBUTIONS FROM A WIDER RANGE OF STUDENTS IN THE CLASSROOM? DO THEY CONTRIBUTE MORE REGULARLY?

This is a research poster proposing to study a group of Student Nursing Associates to see if their learning engagement is better, more students contribute and psychological safety as a method of pedagogy is used more frequently; creating a learning environment where students are able to take interpersonal risks and be candid about their thoughts and feelings in the classroom.
