Welsh language plays a crucial role in promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in contexts where it is spoken, particularly in Wales. The posters provide knowledge of the position of the Welsh language in terms of policies and quality arrangements in education at local and national level. Also, to encourage CBHE practitioners to think about ways to embed Welsh in a valuable way in their online and general learning environments. Incorporating the Welsh language into EDI involves recognising its importance in promoting linguistic diversity, ensuring equal access to services, preserving cultural identity, facilitating inclusive communication, and creating employment opportunities for Welsh speakers.
