<p>The objectives of the research would be:</p>
<ol>
<li>Ascertain Fashion Marketing and Branding students’ understanding of what creative thinking is and how it can benefit their learning and their employability prospects in the future. </li>
<li>Assess the effectiveness of Team-Based Learning (TBL) in enhancing creative thinking skills among students in Fashion Marketing and Branding at NTU.</li>
<li>Explore the comparative outcomes of traditional lecture-based instruction versus Team-Based Learning approaches in developing creative thinking skills among students studying Fashion Marketing and Branding, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each method.</li>
