This poster highlights the proposed research idea about the impact of Team-Based Learning on creative thinking skills, specifically in the context of an undergraduate Fashion Marketing and Branding course.


The research poster explores what creative thinking is and what Team Based Learning is, outlines the objectives of the proposed research and explains the intended outcome of the research.


The objectives of the research would be:

  1. Ascertain Fashion Marketing and Branding students’ understanding of what creative thinking is and how it can benefit their learning and their employability prospects in the future. 
  2. Assess the effectiveness of Team-Based Learning (TBL) in enhancing creative thinking skills among students in Fashion Marketing and Branding at NTU.
  3. Explore the comparative outcomes of traditional lecture-based instruction versus Team-Based Learning approaches in developing creative thinking skills among students studying Fashion Marketing and Branding, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each method.
