Here I share how we have embedded various forms of creative play into our student nursing associate classrooms to enhance learner engagement and retention. 

By creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment, and celebrating their successes leaners are more likely to remain motivated, build stronger peer relationships, and ultimately develop a deeper understanding of nursing and nursing associate practice which is crucial for their professional and personal success.
