The Designing for Diverse Learners website and poster are a set of resources developed to help educators (teachers, academics and professional services) create inclusive and accessible content for learners.

Find out more via the Designing for Diverse Learners website, where you will find additional formats of this guidance and supporting documentation and advice.

The website and poster distil advice on how to support learners that fall into one of the following categories: blind, colour blind, low vision, deaf, hard of hearing, dyslexic, visual stress, motor disability, autistic spectrum and screen reader user.

The practices outlined in our website and poster will benefit every learner, not just those who may require specific adjustments. Our poster does not claim to support every learner or requirement an educator may come across. Still, we are confident that resources developed along these principles will meet most needs.

We are also keen to frame this as a working document. We are eager to get as much feedback as possible to help make this resource even better. If you want to get involved, leave your details here:  Designing for Diverse Learners Volunteers
