The Becoming a Teacher Educator Self Review document has been created to support colleagues moving into Teacher Education in HE from a school or sixth form college background. It is based upon the work by Boyd et al (2021) on 'Becoming a Teacher Educator: Guidelines for Induction'. The self-review has been used by colleagues within the Faculty of Education, Edge Hill University to structure their own development and to enhance discussions with line managers.
