In December 2021 I created some video resources designed to help researchers starting off using the GGIR R package for physical activity accelerometer data processing. They were part of a researcher development workshop delivered at Edge Hill University.

There are six videos in the series. This is Video 4 'Running GGIR (Part 1)'. The rest of the videos can be found in the 'Basics of using GGIR for accelerometer data processing' Project, linked in the Related Materials section below.

Please note that the videos are aimed at beginner users and are very much my interpretation of how to get set up and started with GGIR. As I put them together several years ago some aspects may also need updating.
