As Director of Faculty and the lead for recruitment in the School of Nursing, I am often asked how to get in to teaching and lecturing with no previous experience. Focusing on the provision of supportive guidance and tips to staff who are new to working in Higher Education or have a desire to work in Higher Education, this resource is designed to help highlight, what clinicians could do, if they wanted to progress their career in an academic setting.
