The Infinite Game Exercise

Creating a sustainable workplace or educational setting is a challenge most institutes face. There are many factors which contribute to unstable workplaces, which ultimately lead to employee dissatisfaction, burnout and lack of commitment. Exploring the infinite game principles allows us to have sustainable organisations and workplaces that take care of their employees, and in turn, they can sustainably develop their environments (Al-Esmael et al. 2012). The research was conducted on how the infinite game principles can be used within the classroom to help exchange students feel more comfortable participating in future lectires. This resource  provides teachers with a step to step guide on how they can incorporate the infonte game principles class.
