National English Teaching Network – Teaching Resources for UK Schools and Universities

The National English Teaching Network is a website organised by the Teacher Education Institutions in Scotland to support their PGDE English student teachers.

The website achieves this aim by providing access to academic writings on the topic of English teaching, which helps to broaden and deepen their understanding of subject-centric pedagogy.

Resources are also shared to support students during their placements and there is a repository of 'Lightning Talks'-short videos/oral accounts of successful teaching strategies.
