Conference poster presented at the Advance HE Teaching and Learning 2023 which highlights three core elements of embedding authentic assessment design - student perspectives, employer perspective and a supportive academic culture. Examples of staff development opportunities applied within Nottingham Business School (NBS) are included to showcase initatives taken to encourage more meaningful authentic assessment design.
