Self-authorship theory can be practically applied to curriculum delivery and student support. It has a focus on facilitating personal and professional development by providing an opportunity to expand a student's view of the world, themselves and others. The potential benefit is increased flourishing and wellbeing in an ever increasingly complex world. This approach can be applied to reflection, including Team Based Learning.
