Abstract, summary of discussion and resources from a conference workshop which investigated employability from the persepectives of AI and its impact, accessibility for those who are neurodivergent, graduate expectations and curriculum development. The workshop was attended by a wide range of participants including academics, student representation as well as professional support colleagues.
