Action Learning Sets to support learning: sharing the lessons learnt

The presentation explores the concept of Action Learning Sets (ALS); considers the benefits and challenges of ALS; provides insight into the under-and-post-graduate experience of ALS; explores the challenge of the transition from face-to-face to virtual ALS; and shares our reflection on our experience and the lessons learnt from facilitating ALS.
